I’m quite disappointed with this daycare. There has been a frequent turnover of staff, which disrupts consistency and affects the quality of care. Communication is another major concern. Emails are often ignored, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic response. There seems to be little to no accountability or urgency in addressing parents’ concerns. As a parent, I expect a reliable and transparent environment, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Continue on charging account despite sending withdrawl emails and making phone calls and haven't processed my refund yet. Been nearly 2 months.

The centre now has a new Centre Director, and we've been actively working towards building long-term stability and improving communication — we’re already seeing positive progress in that direction. Our 6 month old bub loves it here. They have helped set up amazing routines with her, and have been super accommodating with us through every step of the process. Edit one year later: Yeah nah. There are some truly amazing educators there. But 5 directors in a nine month period shows a clear upper management issue and creates instability within the educators and an environment that always feels like there is tension between educators. We left for MUCH greener pastures (and not a single manager asked WHY we left LOL) Don't be dazzled by the pretty centre. Its not all its cracked up to be.
