By far the most disappointing, unprofessional, rude customer service I have ever gotten in my life. Rang up to fix an issue only to say they’ll call me the next day, with no acknowledgement of the issue and then got told to take my own advice (again no manners or acknowledgement of the situation) when I told them about how I felt with the service. I then called back to tell them I’m withdrawing my application and during that phone call the ‘supposedly manager’ that I was talking to hanged up on me. Not to say these conversation did involve any name calling or attacking it was simply about the matter I was trying to fix. When I called again after they hanged up, a new person answered, and whilst on the phone with that person she then started giggling, laughing out loud on the phone with someone and then hanged up on me. When I called back to say that was not appreciated and that was very unprofessional and asked why that person hanged up? the same manager then asked “why, were you being rude to her?” I’m not the type to write a review, but having to experience what I said above and more! I’m truly disappointed of how I got treated by this service given it was supposed to be my first time putting my child to daycare. I didn’t feel like I was allowed to ask any questions nor felt like I was welcome and not sure if that was because of My accent (as to why they were laughing I’m not sure) but regardless I know for sure that god was looking after me dodging a bullet. I would never want to put my daughter knowing these are the ‘people’ that she’s going to be surrounded with. In person they were nice, during a misunderstanding I could honestly swear with my life- I’ve never dealt with anyone that had such poor behaviours, manners and unprofessionalism. I believe in karma, and whether that’s good or Bad, depends on which one you choose.
