I wasn’t unhappy with previous management , But since Amy is Directing there has been a notable positive shift in staff consistency, culture and communication. DD4 has never wobbled we’ve had great teachers caring for her, with compassion, empathy and inclusion. We are very lucky to have this team working together caring for our children. Miss 4 has a special place in her heart for Chef Shel too .
