My daughter was the first child to start at this centre, our experience started off beautifully but then the cracks started to show. The final straw for my family was an injury that no educators could explain, I was initially told it was an allergic reaction but upon arrival to collect my child after the phone call I found that she was covered in scratches with no confident explanation and no incident report untill I requested one. A week or so later we decoded to pull her enrolment because myself and my parter felt out child's safety was compromised due to a lack of supervision. I contacted the then centre director who denied any issues. I then contacted the area manager with further concerns for my child who again denied and took no accountability for their wrong doing.

Was GREAT place but lately i see more educators crying then children. Way some are treated is like you are back in high school..
