About Eden Academy Riverhills
For children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, Eden Academy Riverhills offers a creative and inspiring learning environment. The educators empower the children to grow and develop in all areas, building their knowledge of the world around them while becoming compassionate, inclusive and kind learners. The children engage in imaginative play alongside their peers in their home away from home.
The spaces inside the centre feature large windows that filter natural light into the rooms. Wooden floors and panelling on the walls help to create a calming environment conducive to learning. The open plan rooms are flexible to adapt to the different learning styles of the children, allowing for a range of different activities throughout each day.

I’ve become such an advocate for Eden Riverhills. I don’t think I could love this centre more if I tried. The kind of care my child has received has truly exceeded all expectations and it’s so evident by my child’s behaviour and how far he has come since his enrolment that the educators at this centre are so intentional when it comes to building a long lasting relationship with kids, they go the extra mile to ensure a child feels safe and cared. My child just loves his educators, and I’m just so impressed by them. Enrolment was fast and easy. Communication is always so clear which is such an important one for me! They always have something positive to share about my child’s day when I pick him up. I don’t think I could trust a centre or a group of people more

An absolutely horrific centre. Poor treatment of children and lacking communication from all staff. Nothing was rectified when I complained. Withdrew my child and still facing a lack of communication regarding payments. We are at a new centre now having a MUCH better experience. Do not send your child here.

Went on the waitlist while I was still pregnant (can’t remember exact month but I gave birth November 2023 so before that) for a January 2025 start. So on the waitlist over a year, and Eden Riverhills told us we were 9th on the waitlist and would get in. November 2024 came, where they start letting ppl know they have been accepted for the next year, and we got an email offering the wrong days. When we replied to ask what was going on they told us now those days weren’t even available (so they sent out a mass email and it was first in got the spot). At the same time my friend, with the same aged baby who had gone on the waitlist for only a week and hadn’t done a tour yet, got a call saying her baby had got a spot for January 2025 intake. Absolutely unfair and we mentioned this to the manager who then offered us a spot in a different group but still not the days we wanted (only offered us 1 day out of the 3 we wanted). We also mention at the time of our tour that we were possibly considering two days instead of three days a week. They told us they don’t allow only two days at the centre…. Interesting because my other friend had put her baby in for only two days a week two months prior and still attends.
