Firstly, hard to get in touch centre. Secondly, I had a booked tour and get there for it, no one is at reception? A mother lets us in so we’re not waiting in the cold with our two kids. We wait 25+ mins, no one comes? We try call, no one answers? Mailman rings doorbell, no one comes. So a childcare has a reception with no one there? Then I find an educator in the staff room, she goes to check what’s going on- ‘they’re in a meeting’ ok and no one bothers to come? And the booked tour? No consideration for our time or waiting with our two kids. She asked who I assume was the lead educator in the nursery to do the tour but we decided to leave . At this point our son was in tears from waiting around and looking into the room and not being able to go in. I have tried to get in touch to raise my concerns and nothing. Not even a courtesy to apologise for wasting our time. I wanted to not believe the bad word of mouth on this place, but they’re proven themselves
