Very disappointed with the quality of service received at this centre. While the centre is bigger, newer and appears fancier than others on first glance, that’s where the positives end. Management was poor, rude and unprofessional, not helped by putting a kinder educator with no experience in running a childcare service as the centre manager. Communications regarding our child’s room and educators were non-existent. The most appalling aspect and biggest red flag about this centre is the staff turnover. Our child’s educators changed so frequently, there was never any consistency or familiarity for the children. Staff changes were never communicated either. Agency staff became the norm and it got to the point where we were regularly dropping off and picking up our child from educators who we’d never seen before and some who didn’t even know our child’s name. Labelled items of clothing would frequently go missing and not turn up. After the chef left, they then took a room leader, one of the only familiar faces, out of child caring responsibilities, and made them the makeshit cook for an extended period. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere, there’s better options than this poorly run establishment in the area.
