Eden Academy Caboolture

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Eden academy Caboolture. Unfortunately, my child was involved in an incident where they were assaulted by an educator while under the care of the centre. I raised the issue with the management, but there was no adequate support or resolution provided. I was left feeling disregarded and concerned for my child’s safety. In addition to this serious issue, I found that the quality of care was subpar in several other areas. The food portions served to the children were consistently small and inadequate, leaving many children hungry and unsatisfied. This is concerning, especially considering the price you pay for care as well as the high energy levels young children have throughout the day. The centre also suffers from a high turnover rate among staff, which leads to a lack of consistency in the care provided. My child was frequently in rooms with different educators, which created an unstable environment and made it difficult for my child to feel secure or form meaningful relationships with the staff. Moreover, the staff seemed perpetually exhausted, likely due to the constant changes and lack of support from management. This exhaustion was visible in their interactions with the children and affected the overall atmosphere at the centre. The management team was particularly disappointing; when I raised concerns, their responses were dismissive and rude. It felt as though they were uninterested in addressing the issues and did not prioritize the well-being of the children or their families & the staff. Given these multiple concerns, I would not recommend this childcare centre to any parent seeking a safe, supportive, and consistent environment for their child. My experience has been far from what I had hoped for, and I regret entrusting my child to their care.
