Discovery at Play Early Learning Centre Dalyellup

My experience was amazing at the beginning.. unfortunately It was within my childs last 2 weeks of daycare here I witnessed something quite traumatising that involved my child and the workers there. I called the centre to talk to the staff manager twice and because she wasn’t in both times i called I spoke to 2 different staff members, cried to them about the situation.. they were very apologetic and said what happened to my child wasn’t okay and they they will get the staff manager at the time to call me back. Not once did I receive that call back. Very disappointed… I believe at the time they were having it tough with staff and management but that doesn’t mean your families feelings should be dismissed. My child didn’t deserve to go through what he did because of the lack of your staff knowledge. There are still some great staff here that I do appreciate and i did have a good experience prior to this. All the best.
