Incompetent Staff. Management no existent. No educator child communication. If your child behaves and does what they are told you will be happy with this service. If your child does not fit the mould they will urge you to get your 3 or 4 year old diagnosed with a disability and treat your child like a piece of trash. The centre manager can't speak English let alone write in English. You don't know what's going on inside the service as they do everything on paper. There was an instance where I was threatened by an educator there and guess what? The authorities did not care as this is a state run not for profit centre. They will go so far as to get you to agree to a Pre School Field officer who is supposed to do what's best for your child but instead you will be given a sheet of paper with written instructions on how to get your 3/4 year old to see a psychologist with several recommended services. With another printed sheet on how to get your child in group therapy. if you do have a problem with the service don't bother complaining to the authorities as they are aware how bad this place is. (have been told this by dept.) Nothing will change as this is a free service, expect poor quality. I would recommend a long day care that's private. and avoid this place at all costs if your child isn't 100% perfect. -10 stars
