About Crows Nest Montessori Academy Childcare & Preschool
Montessori Academy’s Crows Nest child care centre is an exceptional Montessori early learning centre catering to the early education and care needs of young children aged six weeks to six years. The newly opened campus is conveniently located at 111 Whilloughby Road Crows Nest NSW 2065 and is open weekdays from 7:30am – 6:00pm.
Montessori education stands apart from traditional childcare by prioritising personalised learning. In our Montessori Academy centres, each child's unique style, stage, and interests are catered to, fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning. Montessori environments provide specially designed materials and guidance for hands-on, active learning, empowering children to discover their full potential.
Crows Nest Montessori Academy will deliver Montessori Education Programs for Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers. Each program covers the five Curriculum Areas; providing students with hands-on learning experiences tailored to their individual developmental needs, interests, and strengths. Learning is child-centred and focused on helping each student achieve their full potential by activating their own “inner teacher” as a positive foundation for life-long learning.

I am absolutely delighted with the experience my son is receiving at the center. From the start, the Montessori principles have aligned perfectly with my values and expectations have been exceeded. My son has grown significantly, becoming more independent and developing a caring, nurturing side and while learning to support his peers. The center has been amazing in catering to his needs, from managing his allergies to supporting his progress in multiple languages and motor skills. I've also been welcomed into a wonderful community. My sob interacts not just with staff but with a network of "Aunties and Uncles," and I have formed strong relationships with other parents. The center’s consistency in approach and attention to detail has been impressive, and their accountability, especially in handling any issues, has built trust. My son has also embraced learning about different cultures and I love seeing him participate in charitable activities like pyjama week and working in the garden. Highly recommend!

We have two kids that attend Montessori Crows nest and we cannot recommend this centre more! Mariam Hotait is outstanding in her management of the centre, she hosts the most amazing events for all the yearly occasions including Christmas, Easter, Mothers + Father’s Day etc. The parent teacher nights are also very extensive and informative. Just these events alone put the centre in a different league of its own. The staff are extremely caring and attentive, all are super warm and friendly. We really appreciate the community inclusion the centre promotes as well as the informative daily updates + newsletters that we receive. If you are considering a daycare, I highly recommend to apply to this one as early as possible and give Mariam a call!
