About Crestwood World of Learning Long Daycare and Preschool
Welcome to Crestwood World of Learning. We're ideally located for families in Queanbeyan, Crestwood, Beard, and Oaks Estate southeast of Canberra. We are conveniently located across West Queanbeyan Veterinary Hospital, Country Plaza and Queanbeyan West Public School.
Our Long Daycare and Preschool Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
At Crestwood World of Learning, we provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our longstanding, dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the 3 year-old Preschool program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at Crestwood World of Learning including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life.
- Community Engagement Program: We often have visits from local community librarians, local police, and other community services in Queanbeyan to help familiarise the children with their local community. We also have excursions to our local park Queanbeyan Park and local primary school Queanbeyan West Public School to assist our Kindergarten/ Preschool children with their transition to ‘big school’.
- Sports Program: Allows the children to be active and learn about different sports and movements, these programs are run at our local sports oval.
- Real-life experiences: Children participate in fun and exciting experiences such as woodworking, gardening and cooking.
