Creative Kids @ Bundaberg

Yesterday I went into this facility to speak about why I was pulling my child out. Sarah was super nice and understanding and wanted to know why I was pulling my child out. The director Sam sat with her back to me once she gave me a form to fill out and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say about why my child would not ever attend her facility again. (I was trying to explain that my kid fears going to this facility because of a child that gets away with murder and has harmed my son and others on numerous occasions with not even a word said to him.) Not only did I witness on several occasions children harming others with no repercussions and no care for the child that was harmed. I could go on about the horrible things I’ve witnessed. But I would rather explain how disgusting the directors actions towards me yesterday. For example ( I walked in to collect my child not one educator noticed me come and take my child. Which is already scary to me. But as I was walking up to my child a boy with two hands pushed a little girl over into a pole this poor little girl was balling her eyes out and the boy ran away laughing. I understand these things happen. But to have an educator watching this happen and continue sweeping a floor instead of attending the harmed girl on the had just been attacked. She not only didn’t attend to the child until I reacted she acted like she didn’t see it happen but she was 2 metres away with her eyes on them and didn’t react.) I have witnessed things like this on numerous occasions. And that’s why my son will not be trusted with this facility. This lady is meant to be in charge of a childcare that minds peoples kids she’s meant to be trusted to keep children safe and she not only doesn’t Do that part of her job but she’s not even willing to listen to a parent who wasn’t at all rude was actually upset. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send their child here unless you are happy with your kid not being cared for adequately and when you have a problem that should be rectified or atleast spoken about to you. I don’t think she should be working in a childcare never mind the director. Absolutely atrocious I wish I could give zero stars.
