We’re proud to have qualified teachers and educators, supported by a team of national education experts, ensuring the highest quality childcare and early education.

Innovative Early Learning Programs

Our teachers deliver the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF or the national curriculum) through play-based learning that covers language, literacy, numeracy, STEM, social, and emotional development. Our program also includes:

  • Personalised learning plans for each child.
  • Local school connections.

We focus on strong family partnerships through regular learning and development conversations with your child’s lead educator, learning showcases, and in-centre family events. Our Xplor app provides real-time updates and learning summaries daily to keep you informed on your child’s journey.

I’m writing to share how upset and stressed I’ve been about something very important. As a first-time parent, I trusted that the childcare manager would guide me or tell me if I needed to do something. When i first enrolled my son in 2023 my CCS was approved and I was not paid anything, i was paying out of my pocket, I contacted centrelink just to ask about the process and they said my child has been absent they can not see enrollment or attendance in centre. This is what I have been asking centre manager and she failed to answer and. also she was unaware of anything. She did not know how the system or how to guide us. Now for almost more than a year of fighting about this matter nothing can be done. I won’t be paid for the amount which I paid to child care. I assumed the CCS would be sorted automatically or given at the end, but that never happened. I made many many calls, heaps of visit to centre link and many emails and tried to fix the issue, but no nothing can be done, I was told nothing could be done. As financial year has passed, although I escalated this matter in 2023 to centrelink same year i ended care for my son. But the department took so much time about this matter that nothing can be done now. This has caused a lot of stress and financial loss. I feel it was the manager’s responsibility to explain CCS properly—especially to new parents like me. One conversation could have made a big difference.

Dear Krina, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. While there are regulatory limitations on how CCS can be applied, we acknowledge that the process can be complex, especially for new families. We regret any confusion or stress caused and appreciate you raising this with us. We are reviewing how we communicate CCS information to ensure families feel better supported going forward. Please feel free to contact our centre directly if you'd like to discuss this further. Warm regards, The Creative Garden Team

Our son started his early education journey in January at Creative Garden Kellyville Ridge. The nurturing environment and incredible staff, especially Miss Eadie, Miss Prahba and Miss Helen in the toddler room, have made a significant positive impact both on his transition into the centre and his development. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention he receives every day. We highly recommend Creative Garden to any parent looking for a loving and supportive childcare centre
