About Community Kids Victoria Point Long Daycare and Kindergarten
Welcome to Community Kids Victoria Point. We're ideally located for families in Victoria Point, Coochiemudlo Island, Redland Bay and Thornlands.
Our Long Daycare and Kindergarten Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
We provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our dedicated, longstanding team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the Government-approved Kindergarten program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at our Centre including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and of course, have fun.

My son is in the kindy room at the centre. The centre has been extremely accommodating to my child’s sensory and behavioural needs. The learning plans are well structured, engaging and children are strongly encouraged to participate. The teachers have worked closely with our family to help implement strategies to tackle difficult situations regarding textural and behavioural issues. The teachers in the kindy are extremely good with communication and uphold professional integrity. I’ve never met daycare teachers so dedicated to providing the best for their students. The centre manager has also been kind and accommodating managing any situation promptly and appropriately. A big thank you to Miss Kate, Bianca and Beth for showing much compassion being trustworthy, inclusive, safe and approachable teachers.

Love the staff at this place the educators Miss Paula, Miss Chloe and Miss Corinne are amazing highly recommend! Always keep me updated and such a nice environment for the babies

I would give it 6 stars if I could. The best child care in Redlands. They are like family, and actually engage in activity's. This Centre gets creative and actually teaches your children with arts and crafts, and actually lets them play with toys, instead of being to concerned about ruining the display. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, and my son is absolutely thriving being here. He runs into there every morning with a smile on his face. The updates through the day and constant so I know what they are up to and there's never anything missed or for me to have a concern over. The staff care so much about each individual child and its all a big family. I could not be happier. Tracey is absolutely amazing at her job and cares so much about every family and her staff. I would rate it exceeding if I could. Well done Tracey and team
