Horrible centre, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! This isn’t a disgruntled parent this is a parent who is genuinely concerned for the lack of care and the center managers lack of complete respect for parents. I will explain why now. I went to go pick my son up today for the 4th or so time as it’s his dads centre and new. Each time I have been unable to sign in and poorly assisted with helping me get on xlplor their app and be able to access photos and updates and information. For the 4th time of trying to set it up they failed after 3 attempts again and I under bated breath dropped the f bomb in frustration at the situation not yelled very quietly. I then asked if I could just collect my son as it wasn’t working and he might not be returning as custody had been called to issue recently and we were starting that process. They said fine and let me go collect him. I walked into the wrong room by accident and apologised and they pointed me in the right direction. So I went to my sons room. He was by himself, not asleep when he should have been, crying and soiled for the 4th time. Each time he came home from this centre he was filthy and had severe nappy rash. It was so dry when I checked in the car it had been there for hours. Also fried snot hanging down his nose and all over his face. I questioned the carers what was going on and why this kept happening and said come on guys you have to do better. I then got a call from my family lawyer and quietly answered and when the call ended I sighed and again under my breath said fk, didn’t tell it only babies in the room who wouldn’t understand and I’m human. Instantly the centre manager raised her voice so loudly I was taken aback and asked me to leave in the most horrible Tone, I put my hand to my heart and quietly and kindly said I am so sorry I didn’t mean any offence whatsoever, and she continued on her rampage, obviously upset I called their care into question and the fact they couldn’t help me in the office she must of been annoyed with me. But as a parent at the centre who hadn’t done anything really offensive or caused a scene she kept saying get out your not welcome here I’m asking you to leave while intimidatingly walking infront of me forcibly making me exit still repeating over and over get out get out. When we exited the child’s room as I had continued to say please calm down and apologise she kept going and I asked if we could calmly speak now she in a very arrogant way said she dosent have to speak to me and to get out before she calls police. It was an unwarranted atrocious attack. So again I apologised and left. I then called the centre a few hours later to see if I could speak to the manager or owner to make a formal complaint, I was given the same woman. Which was fine but instead of talking to me she continued to intimidate and say I don’t need to speak to you, your sons care has been terminated and continued to be beyond rude. I asked for the owner or corporations number to make a formal complaint and she said there’s nobody for you to call and no and proceeded to say she dosent have to speak to me and condescendingly and rudely hung up the phone. I am shocked to my core at the treatment especially since I’ve heard the girls swearing and carrying on in the office before. Mine was so quiet and not directed at anybody I’m human. As expected after a few calls I found the place to make a complaint. A phone number she is obligated to give me as a manager but refused to probably because she knew she was in the wrong. Hence kicking my son out. Disgusting centre behaviour of staff and lack of care for the kids. I wouldn’t send my kids here if I were you. It’s one of the bad ones unfortunately. My center is lovely and I’ve never had an issue. My ex is on Storypark and I have him all set up. Formal complaint lodged and beginning the process and might even take it further if possible and sue. This manager shouldn’t have a job with kids let alone a job at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am shook to my core at the treatment.
