Community Kids Haven Hillside

Family-owned and operated, Community Kids Haven Hillside welcomes families from Hillside, Sydenham and Taylors Hill. Our 60-place centre cares for children from six weeks to six years across four age-based rooms, giving babies, toddlers and kinder children spaces suited to their stage of development. Designed to feel like an extension of home, it offers a warm, familiar place where children can build confidence and friendships. Just minutes from Watervale Shopping Centre, Kororoit Creek Primary School and local parks, we provide long day care with an integrated kinder program.

Our educators build warm relationships with children and families, supporting each child’s interests, confidence and sense of belonging.

• Safety and wellbeing: Our i9 SafeSteps framework helps children feel safe, heard and supported.
• Nutritious meals: Professionally prepared on site, with menus developed in collaboration with families and endorsed by a nutritionist.
• School readiness: Play-based kinder helps children build independence, friendships and confidence for school.
• Long-serving educators: Educators who have been with us for years give children familiar faces and lasting relationships.

Centre Manager Yvonne leads our team and works with families to help each child feel known and supported. Our founders visit regularly to stay personally connected with the centre.
