About C&K Mount Gravatt West Community Childcare Centre
At C&K Mount Gravatt West Community Childcare Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm (childcare program) and 9:00am to 4:30pm (kindergarten program).
Nestled under the trees, we are proud of our spacious natural outdoor learning environment, with leafy trees, grass, dirt, leaves, and wildlife such as native birds and possums. Our nature-based playground inspires challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers, theorisers and active citizens.
As a home away from home, our environment provides a safe, secure and supported space for your child. Our dedicated, friendly and qualified staff nurture play-based learning, fostering a lifelong love of learning. Our families love our large natural outdoor area, where we encourage children to explore, discover, play and engage in nature.
We have a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds with our families and staff. This provides us the opportunity to incorporate these cultures and languages throughout the centre. Our approach to inclusion and diversity ensures that every child, family and staff member feels safe, welcomed and important.
C&K Mount Gravatt West is tucked away at the quiet end of Clough Street in Mt Gravatt. Our centre is less than 15 minutes from Brisbane city centre and close to bus stops servicing the area.

So far it has been an extremely warm experience and we are soo happy. I feel very relaxed dropping my baby boy off l...he absolutely loves it and the teachers are all so friendly and patient with our understanding of how it all works. I can see how hard they work, while keeping such a lovely calm and gentleness with the kids.

What a great little centre! The staff and director are so genuinely caring and it’s so great to see. Families are getting looked after and there’s great attempts at community engagement. I love the outdoor space and the natural bushland setting. What better ways than for our kids to learn through play!

Rubbish childcare . Did not care when providing feedback . Constantly changing educator . Did not put in the right information and made us missing out our childcare subsidy for 2 whole months.

My child has thrived since moving here from another daycare. A beautiful enriching play area for him, it's child led, my child has the freedom to play and participate in activities that he wants to. And it's so refreshing to have the same educators every day including the same relief educators. My child has bonded with his educators and even when one is away we know the relief educators very well, which is good for both my son and myself to leave him with someone we both know. He is also communicating so well since starting here. He only goes twice a week but he has learnt so much and has so much fun!
