Why doesn't this business pay its bills when it orders goods? Despite Renee Passfield being asked nicely at least half a dozen times, she's not paid for goods that she ordered as director of this business, despite promising she would, at the time of purchase. Because it was very busy before Christmas, we sent the item she ordered out by mistake, before she'd paid for it. That's our bad as they say. There were two ways she could have gone, she could have paid the bill, or returned the goods, she did neither, and won't even engage in a conversation about it. If you hadn't paid your childcare bill, would you have been allowed to drop your child off for care? AND, if you'd been late to pick up your little darlings, because of traffic, I bet you'd get a bill of around a dollar a minute for picking them up late! If you see Renee, the director of this business, please ask her to contact me, or preferably pay the outstanding amount, before we have to escalate the issue further. I don't think it's fair, Do you?
