Reviews for Chancellor Park World of Learning

Beware - A lot of these 5 star Reviews are from the staff of the centre. The app is used to mislead parents lodging false content which was found out when collection of my son was a few hours earlier then normal. Was asleep inside alone all children and educators were outside. He had been asleep 2.5hours at this point. When the app said he’d been awake since 1pm (collected at 2:12pm) at 2:08 they lodged they had just put sunscreen on him outside ready for play. We had discussed back in June if we could please stop having him have 3 hours sleep a day there as him waking in the afternoon he would not sleep of a night. They said no naps wouldn’t be suitable for him so we agreed to one hour. They used the app to pretend they were respecting our wishes by lodging false content through his day. They have sent him home “sick” at times every single week over months, then refuse children to return next day if they send them home the day prior. Some reasons being of genuine illness he seemed to catch every illness there noticed other child’s dummies in his mouth all the time. but also for dribble rash, “not acting himself” or runny poo or weird colour poo, to name a few causing employment insecurity with the amount of days I’ve had to be off alone. Sarah counted over 70 days in the last year. Since making aware to the manager of the daycare on the educators misusing the app, the educators have since gone out there way to complain about my son saying his a disruption to other children making well aware he is a inconvenience if his not asleep. Calling the very next day after uncomfortable confrontation regarding it asking if he can have extra half an hour, can you believe? We couldn’t be more clear on the matter and after 6 months of deceiving us on his sleep habits. it falls on deaf ears. They then made a public post directed at us regarding our sons sleep inconveniences for all parents on the app to see, no business to the other parents no privacy is respected. Who would have thought asking for less then 3 hours sleep a day would come with such stress and retaliation. They told us he was impossible to keep awake even after sleeping they said he wants to sleep more, what nonsense. Do they forget we are his parents and know his full of beans a healthy young man. Trying to justify their deceiving behaviour by blaming the children. Not to mention his sick days being advertised on a few occasions on the app for other parents for casual bookings. whilst still being charged for those sick days benefiting financially from him being sick. This morning his end of enrolment notice was provided and acknowledge by the centre by email. Coincidentally he was collected this afternoon with a black eye. I was told he fell over outside. No incident report was provided just had me sign a iPad screen with only a signature viewable. no report is on his file for me to access. We started our daughter here over 3 years ago and was fantastic then but overtime the centre had got worse, less staff, no longer a chef just teachers preparing food, The educators remaining always appeared unhappy like they didn’t want to be there. No longer as approachable. My review is based on the past year that’s had a negative impact on most importantly my child’s health and wellbeing, employment and personal relations. Would not recommend. we have pulled him out of the centre immediately
