To be honest even 1 star is too much for this place. Baby room not even enough teachers that Manager told us because of short staff so she can’t do her own job. If your centre is not enough staff manager duty is make sure every kids look after by enough educators and the manager have to looking after whole centre and make sure everything okay and following the policy as well. But she doesn’t know how to work with! Some teachers not pay attention to what kids saying and when they having accident or fight they not even bring incident report or anything to parents. When my daughter injured i asked teacher to would be appreciate always check all kids properly if they are okay and then One teacher questioned to me “oh so we should wacthing and check every single child?” Like twisiting way answered and laugh so making parents feel so uncomfortable as well. This place is ridiculous… horrible.. not professional. And dangerous so many hidden spots. Your child can get easy injured. since manager changed everyone seems slack on with works and so dirty not caring kids. when i picked up my kids never change clothes even dress was so dirty except if they got wet. And face dirty from lunch as well. If you giving 10second you can clean children face or tell them to they can wash but they don’t even do that thing properly. Toddler when they are staying outside they sucking the gate and sucking the ground no one watches them properly…horrible! If your kids hurt or injured the manager saying ”NO ONE said SEEN your child hurt” or “Your child need to speak up more” and after that even no incident report as well and the manager not even ask how child are doing or if child okay after injured. the centre manager she don’t deserve to be managing child care centre because she doesn’t have any sense. Doesn’t care about own centre child safety or parents feedback. She doesn’t have responsibility of her job.. Thats why teacher getting negligent and not pay attention to all kids. Really unprofessional. Few parents been complaint but i heard didn’t get any answered properly. So this place is just hopeless place. Should shut down or change the manager! And the teachers should realise whats going on with your workplace and get tense always looking after children properly and do their own job properly with big responsibility.
