Outstanding Inclusive Childcare Centre I cannot recommend care for kids, banksia grove highly enough! This centre goes above and beyond to provide a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children, including those on the autism spectrum. From day one, the staff showed exceptional understanding, patience, and dedication to creating a space where my child felt safe, valued, and included. Room leaders are trained and knowledgeable about autism, offering tailored support to meet each child’s unique needs. They use clear communication, sensory-friendly activities, and individualized strategies to help children thrive both socially and emotionally. I was especially impressed with their ability to foster meaningful connections between all the kids, encouraging empathy and inclusivity among peers. The centre also keeps parents closely involved, providing regular updates and collaborating on strategies to ensure consistency between home and childcare. Their open communication and willingness to adapt make it clear they genuinely care about the well-being of every child in their care.
