My name is Azita, and I am a proud Regional Educator Winner in the 2025 Excellence in Family Day Care Awards. I am registered with CCA Family Day Care in Eastwood, where I have been a dedicated and passionate early years educator for over 25 years.

Out of many outstanding nominations across the region, I am honoured to be recognised as a Regional Educator Winner which is a true honour and reflects the commitment, professionalism, and care I bring to my role every single day. This award highlights the meaningful impact I strive to make in the lives of children, their families, and the wider community.

I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and have built my philosophy around the belief that children learn best through play. Play offers endless opportunities for children to explore, discover, and develop essential life skills in an engaging and natural way. At Busy Bees, children are encouraged to connect with their environment thoughtfully and responsibly, with sustainability woven into our everyday activities.

Above all, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and enriching space where children feel supported to grow, explore, and thrive.
