Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale

I do not recommend this service. I have been ripped off multiple times and trying to discuss it with anyone at the centre they bring back smart remarks or just plain rude attitude. Sent the right documents to support that I don’t owe any sorts of money took them 9 months to try even sort out anything and they did nothing and still expect me to pay something I don’t owe from their own stuff up on their system because they can’t “fix it” I’ve had nothing but problems with them and still haunts me after my child hasn’t been there for over 12 months.

I can not recommend busy bees wyndhamvale enough. They have been more then amazing through my second child and only child to attend day cares journey so far. They have been so patient and caring I'm every aspect of my child's transition. They keep you up to date with everything throughout my child's day. They prepare excellent heslthy nutritional meals. My child has had profund growth I'm her language, social skills and separation anxiety. It's been a perfect match especially for me being the first time I have used this service with one of my children. I can not thank or appreciate the staff enough.

In my 4 years of working in this industry this is the first centre i’m proud to say i work at. All the staff are so passionate about the quality of care they provide to the children and in my opinion it’s a reflection of our management. Zoe goes above and beyond inspiring us with new ideas and just consistent positivity so we’re able to pour that same energy into all of the children’s cups and give them the best care. I confidently recommend this centre to everyone i know, knowing their children will be safe and happy 🤎
