Such a shame the management, sorry lack off. Sacking staff, sorry forced quitting. No care No response to problems raised. From assist manager up to Christina ignoring parents concerns. I sent Sean a detailed email when I spoke to him last year. Nothing was done except for you forced Nichole out to replace with a assistant manager to act as a manager and Christina. Who is totally Rude.

Great educators, 0 management, 0 accounts. Staff changeovers more often than change of clothes.

The educators are wonderful! These educators are very supportive and caring of both children and parents. They will go out of their way to assist the development of your child in any way they can. My baby enjoyed arriving at daycare and would have so much fun many times I would have to carry him out like a surf board crying just to get him in the car. The educators are fun and are always engaging. These centre is modern and huge. All kids have more than enough room to play. The actual centre in itself is impressive except that the lifts are constantly down and all children rooms are on the first and second floor. If you send your child here, get ready to be constantly climbing stairs to drop/ pick up your child. This wouldn’t be an issue if your child walks but if they don’t, good luck. The food is decent and plentiful and the team accommodates all allergies and intolerances. Management however, are truly pathetic. The staff turnover at this centre is abysmal. The majority of new, very experienced staff typically do not last longer than a week. They see how terrible management is and how little management care about the mental health and wellbeing of their staff and they bolt. Management do not care about retaining their highly proficient staff members. They will not make small changes to keep loved educators which any other centre would. The current second in charge doesn’t know how to do her job. It also seems she wants to keep the staff as miserable as possible. The actual centre manager has been on work cover for almost a year (she had only been there 2 months before going on work cover) and is beyond useless and genuinely a horrible person. She had never worked in childcare before and it shows. The core policies and procedures of the centre is great. It’s the management of the centre that is terrible.

The center manager has not been there for about a year. The Ravlen is awful and very rude to such wonderful staff. Very sad to see the center ran so pathetic. Head management just don't care, several parents have told them and nothing is done.
