Terrible incompetent arrogant clueless management when one even turns up. Centre is without anyone who answers the phone or reviews issues or payment. They don’t even know who is or isn’t at the centre!

Such a shame the management, sorry lack off. Sacking staff, sorry forced quitting. No care No response to problems raised. From assist manager up to Christina ignoring parents concerns. I sent Sean a detailed email when I spoke to him last year. Nothing was done except for you forced Nichole out to replace with a assistant manager to act as a manager and Christina. Who is totally Rude.

Extremely understaffed. DO NOT TRUST MR … charges thousands to your card without consent. 0 management, 0 accounts. Broken lift and the centre is on multiple levels. Very unsafe and issues are raised with the male, the centre refuses to cooperate and makes it extremely hard to find any answers. If you want them to review or respond they demand payment. Don’t trust them. There has NOT been a full time manager in the last couple years. Management are extremely unreliable and unresponsive. Every new staff meme will blame the previous and being new to the team and not knowing issues. Billing is inconsistent and no one knows what’s going on except continue to debit your card. Staff lack accountable and the centre is not ethically run nor legally. No one replies to email for months and when they finally do, again it’s a new member who claims they will get answers but never do. The lifts have been broken for months at a time with one period being half a YEAR where both lifts were broken and currently lifts are still broken. Staff changeovers more often than change of clothes. There’s been less than a handful of staff who have been there long enough while the majority of staff are all new and they don’t last long. Edit: in addition to not replying to original emails, the post for parents to contact their response from owner is useless seeing as they do not even reply to original emails for months and most get completely ignored.
