We have been attending Busy Bees Heritage Parc for the past 4 years and both my girls love going to daycare. They have created beautiful bonds with their educators as they have progressed through the centre during this time. The centre has become a second home for them and we are so grateful for the friendships they have made and the care they have received. Emails and communications are replied to promptly and issues solved quickly. We will be very sad to move onto big school and say goodbye to the centre.
Response from the ownerabout 1 year agoHi Jessica, thank you for your kind review of our dedicated Educators and the welcoming community they've created at our day care. It's amazzzing to hear that your family feels a strong sense of bee-longing to our Hive. 🐝

My girls have been going to busy bees heritage parc since they were both 10 months old with the eldest being nearly 5, the both of them love going to daycare and each form close bonds with their room teachers throughout the year when they transition up to their bigger rooms which shows. We have had a very positive experience with the school and even so whenever there has been any concerns raised they were addressed appropriately and with compassion each time so we can’t fault with how anything has been dealt with. The girls both have made great friendships within the centre and it has been like a second family for them and being supported by teachers where needed at different times throughout their journeys and we have alot of appreciation for that. We will be sad when we have to move on to big school and leave the memories that have been shared at busy bees behind.

I am a mum of 3 with youngest being 2 and has been at this centre since 6 months of age. I have to say I am impressed with the management who i have noticed upon drop off and collection the management team support and delegate tasks their team. I feel their constant move towards improvement is exceptional. The management team are responsive to all feedback and always strive to keep families informed and updated. My daughter loves going to daycare and actually calls it home. It's sad for me as I work alot but reassuring to know she is in a place she feels safe and cared for. I have read some of the reviews (and you can see where " so called drama and immaturity may arise from after reading these) and feel they are targeted or from disgruntled families possibly from not following policies themselves, or aimed at previous staff no longer there. Theres also a downturn in the industry and same with schools. So please don't believe everything you read and from parent to parent go see for yourself.
Response from the ownerabout 1 year agoHi Malissa, thank you for recommending us to new parents to bee! 🐝 It's wonderful to hear that your daughter calls our centre her second home—it warms our hearts. Thank you for the wonderful feedback on our dedicated team's communication, responsiveness and commitment to high quality care.

**DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE PLEASE** Even though you do not know me, please trust me when I say DO NOT send your precious little ones to this centre at Heritage Parc, Rutherford. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance of the centre surrounding the peaceful lake! There are other centres locally to choose from which will offer the care and safety that your child requires, this centre will not take care of your children. Many local parents know this first hand and it's about time every one speaks up! There is minimal supervision here , there are staff that should not be fit to be looking after any child. I've seen first hand children who are a little more challenging be treated roughly and yelled at with no compassion or empathy to help the child who was distressed because they aren't understanding their world at the time. Staff ratio here is absolutely illegal, children are often grouped into mixed rooms, minimal staff, often left alone with 1 educator. Kept outside till on dark in the cold winter months. A warning. .... Do not ever speak up or try to challenge anything as you and your child will become a target, not only within the centre but also outside. Very unprofessional!! Please consider how important your child is to you and your family and do not trust the incapable, neglectful and uncaring centre Busy Bees at Rutherford is. You will be putting your child in harms way here. If you currently attend and think your child is safe, you are very wrong!! I read the recent negative review posted and I couldn't agree more with it and thought myself, it's about time we all started speaking up so other parents don't make the same mistake we have, so here I am too.. helping YOU to make the right decision for your child's well-being and safety.
