Love this place first tour and I was happy. Felt welcome and everything explained to me well. And my son loves going!

My son has been at Busy Bees for almost 4 years, ever since it was Wandana. As a parent, I chose Wandana after touring 5 other childcare centres because it was warm and bright and every single staff member greeted me with a smile and looked me in the eye when I first walked through so I felt very welcome. Most importantly, as a mum, they were happy for me to come whenever I felt like it, even to sit with my son if he wanted, and they had a private space for breastfeeding for me to come whenever I wanted. Very accommodating and compassionate for me as a new parent. There were a lot of kid friendly things that made it happy and fun. The kids were all at ease and engaged in playing. A lot of outdoor playing areas with nature for kids to experience and explore the beauty of trees, bushes, sandpits and flowers. Busy Bee's has done a good job at keeping the centre bright, warm and, colourful, lots of artwork and posters, nature stands, fairy lights etc, and the educators have tried their hardest to keep continuity thought the transition. My son enjoys feeding the fish in the big tank, playing on the new outside playground, and tells me all about growing the flowers in the planter boxes, and seeing a gecko, or butterfly. We get story posts everyday about him playing and learning different activities, and routines added throughout the day so I can see what he's eaten/had naptime etc. The staff cater to him when he's being picky with food, and show interest in his interests, such as creating fun Spiderman and Frozen Elsa themed activities. The staff have always tried their best and have been happy to help with any issues we have had.
