About Busy Bees at Fraser Coast
Welcoming children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, Busy Bees at Fraser Coast is an inviting and inclusive centre that nurtures individuality, creativity and a lifelong love of learning. In partnership with Sandy Straits State School, a qualified teacher provides a Government Approved Kindergarten Program. This helps the children develop the essential social and cognitive skills for a seamless transition to kindergarten.
Inside the light-filled and airy centre, dedicated purpose-built spaces cater to each age group, encouraging children to explore and build resilience, social skills and independence. The centre also features a fabulous art studio, where educators teach children the fundamentals of art, creativity and self expression.
Surrounded by natural bushland, the outdoor spaces highlight the environment and provide a wonderful sensory experience. Children can explore the centre’s mini rainforest, creek bed, bike track, fort, and a waterpark. In the on-site barnyard, children care for and learn about goats, guinea pigs, chickens and lambs, under the watchful eye of the centre’s ranger.
Situated in the leafy suburb of Torquay, the centre is close to public transport and to both Sandy Straits State School and Urangan High School. Why not book a tour of this beautiful and nature-inspired centre today?

I couldn't recommend or talk more highly about Busy Bees Fraser Coast. I've had my son at Busy Bees for the past 3 years & my daughter for about a year now, due to them being so booked up I wasn't able to have my kids in the extra days I needed because of this I had to put them in another daycare for the extra days needed. Although I already knew Busy Bees was a fantastic daycare, experiencing another daycare has really reaffirmed this. There's just a calm organised feeling at anytime of attending, this plays a huge positive influence on both my kids - there is a organised enegry that feels really nice (as apose to children just running wild) The education is amazing & my 3yr old can talk into anything on his classroom walls & tell me all about it in detail. The diversity on culture love & respect - especially to our first nations people is of high standard that I am incredibly grateful for & LOVE learning along with my kids. The teachers really know the children personally & it shows in how they speak/write to or about them, I love knowing they know them as I do. I am not suprised at all that they are booked up with a wait list. I absolutely trust the team whole heartily & know alot of hard work is put into Busy Bees to have them running with such a high standard. Thank You ❤️
