Busy Bees at Cranbourne

I have had the worst experience here, I enrolled my son and issues arose immediately. My son became withdrawn, upset, clingy and begged me in the mornings not to leave him here, as the teachers were always angry with him. When I've tried to discuss this with the educators I was met with adults that just didn't care to come to a resolution to help my son, i was brushed off, told he was fine at daycare and was just making these things up. He became even more withdrawn and started lashing out so I pulled him from the daycare knowing this was out of character for a boy who loved daycare previously and he is now at a new daycare, thriving and is my happy bubbly boy again. One particular educator Pam should not work with children. I have seen her walk away from sobbing children that should have been comforted and I have seen aggressive children be left to attack other children. While the child being attacked was reprimanded. They have also withdrawn money from my account whilst I was in credit with them and despite their own invoices showing my credit, have refused to return my money, despite numerous attempts to get it back! Horrendous place, should be shut down! And another week on and im still waiting for someone to contact me as stated in their reply below!!
