Bright Stars Montessori Preschool (Hebersham)

terrible experience....my kids (twins) went here. When i went to pick up my kids on 21st Jan to day care, saw my son's tongue badly bitten..ms.heather gave me incident report which stated that while kids were playing he got hurt. when i asked my other kud what happened, she gave me entirely different story.. she said ms heather tried to sit Arjun down while holding his arm tightly Arjun got hurt. I understand accident happens but why there was false report given, upon asking next day she just apologised which was not acceptable. today since it was there last day, i made them sit in the car, and i came inside and was checking lost property basket. ms heather was not aware i was still in daycare, she came in and i heard her say another teacher, thank god they are gone. i confronted her and again he just apologized. i feel terrible.. please think 1000 times before sending your kid here. i haven't even got my bond money back yet with other day cares where they went it used to get adjusted in last two weeks. Now she told me that i will get it by cheque in next two weeks. different procedure may be.. just be aware parents
