First Steps Learning Academy Old Toongabbie

This centre has changed management this year to first step early learning and since my daughter has started (we only started in May and left in October) has been poor management, multiple management changes and staff turnaround. When I left I was told my bond refund will take 28 days it’s been 30+ days with multiple emails gone un answered asking of the progress to finally be told my bond refund was never lodged. After I told it was. So will now have to restart the process. Do not recommend this centre poor communication and management.
