Welcome to Bluebird Cardiff, where children are more than just children; they are leaders in their own learning. They are encouraged to make informed decisions and to maintain a strong connection to their community.
Our purpose-built facility, located in the heart of Cardiff, boasts a variety of incredible features as well as beautiful, inviting play areas. We draw inspiration from the well-known Reggio Emilia approach, ensuring that our Studio spaces promote creativity and curiosity.
Our curriculum is child-led, which means that children are free to explore and learn through nature-based experiences alongside a planned curriculum, specific to each child’s needs and abilities.
We value family input and actively seek feedback to help individualise each child’s education and outcomes. Bluebird Cardiff values risky and courageous play, encouraging children to take risks and learn from their experiences.
Our Service places a strong emphasis on community. We believe in the power of connections, which is why we interact with the local community, and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds our Service. By immersing children in their community, we foster a sense of belonging and teach them to appreciate their surroundings.
Our on-site kitchen is more than just a place to prepare meals; it is also a space where children can actively participate in the cooking process. This not only teaches them valuable skills, but it also provides them a sense of pride and independence. Our menus cater to a variety of cultures and dietary requirements, ensuring that each child’s nutritional needs are met.

Highly recommend! I have had nothing but a great experience, the educators are super creative, attentive, the centre is clean and inviting. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my little one to go she has been thriving!

As our first transition into Daycare/Child education, the team at Bluebird have been a wonderful support my little one and our family. The team have showed genuine care and compassion on that hard days and our little one is really coming into their own. The facility is wonderful, well maintained with lots of space and activities. I love that they focus on play based learning and getting messy! All inclusive (nappies, food, sunscreen, etc) is a huge bonus.

Our family couldn't recommend Bluebird Cardiff any higher. We decided to change daycares for our little boy due to a number of issues with his previous centre and were lucky enough to secure the days we needed with Bluebird. As nervous as we were to make such a big change within the year of starting school it was the BEST thing we ever did. The process from day one was seamless and easy! Since starting, we have seen our little boy thrive and his confidence has grown out of sight. We're satisfied he will have the best possible start to "big school" next year. All of the educators genuinely care and their consistent feedback is reassuring that they have our little boy's best interests at heart. Thank you Bluebird Cardiff - your guys are amazing!

We recently moved our toddler to Bluebird Early Education and we are so happy that we did. The centre is so well set up and has beautiful facilities. The staff are nurturing and attentive and frequently take the kids out on excursions. Our little one is thriving and learning new skills every day. He comes home happy and loves his friends (educators and little friends) at Bluebird
