Blue Gum Cottage children’s Centre is a 28 place not for profit long day care. As a registered co-operative, the centre has a Board of Directors comprised of 3 volunteer parents, who are elected on an annual basis at our Annual General Meeting. Blue Gum Cottage is licensed by the Department of Community Services and has been accredited by the National Childcare Accreditation Council.

My niece attends bluegum cottage in the babies room and whenever I pick her up from daycare the children and staff are always fully engaged in a different fun and educational activity, no two days are the same! The educators are extremely knowledgeable and caring, completely investing themselves in the children's growth and learning and the kids absolutely adore them. What a fabulous environment blue gum is,my niece is just thriving there! She loves it!

I have two children that go to Blue Gum Cottage and they are both very happy there. The staff are constantly finding creative and exciting ways to entertain and educate the children. The staff are so attentive to the children’s needs and they create a lovely nurturing environment. I highly recommend Blue Gum Cottage to any one looking for child care arrangements for their child
