Blinky Belle Pre-School and Long Day Care Centre

Would not trust the Director or the supervisor, they bluntly lied about my Daughter getting seriously hurt in their care, the incident report mentions no witness to what happened so they made up their own story about what happened. My child had to go to emergency then a 2nd & 3rd visit to the paediatrician, the first visit to the hospital, I was told me the incident would never add up to their story (they pretty much told me my daughter was lying when I asked her what happened) My daughter was right all along. Best move I have made was to pull her out of that place. They are very lucky the injury she sustained in their care (lack of) she is now okay! To hear this information is being spread around about a child’s private parts is disgusting, where is the confidentiality? Workers are giving 5 stars to make them look better. The place is a joke. They have lost at least 4 great staff members with their poor management & overall work ethic. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Very disappointed.
