About Billy Lids Kindy
Billy Lids Kindy offers both kindergarten and long day care.
Locally owned and operated for over 20 years in Townsville, Billy Lids Kindy is licensed by the Office of Early Childhood Education and Care (OECEC) and accredited by Australian Children’s Education & Quality Care Authority (ACECQA) as a 74 placement centre.
We care for children from birth to 6 years of age. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and stimulating environment to ensure successful development of your children at the most fundamental stages of their life. Best of all, we have a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher to implement our pre-prep program.

Billy Lids is a lovely, caring and professional childcare centre. Having enrolled our newborn into care quite early, we felt so comfortable with the team of kind and accommodating Educators at Billy Lids. We would highly recommend this centre to anyone that is seeking a first class day care offering in Townsville.

Highly recommended the lovely ladies at Billy Lids Kindy. My 2 youngest have been enrolled since the baby room and the staff are so welcoming and professional. I've seen educators come, stay, and some leave over the years and each one has left such a positive imprint on my children. My situation has been trying at times and the management have always done what they can to accommodate myself and my children. I will always been indebted to those wonderful people 💖
