Big Bear Academy North Rocks

At Big Bear Academy we are proud of our state of the art Early Learning centre that has been specifically designed to enhance all areas of a child’s development. Our centre creates an environment that encourages a child to grow at their own pace and in their own way while making long-lasting relationships. We are an inclusive service that celebrates the diversity of our community making everyone feel welcome and supported.

We offer a very personalised experience focused on school readiness, emotional wellbeing and self-help skills. 

We offer a range of incursions throughout the year paid for by the service that are focused on areas such as gross motor skills, cultural experiences, children's topics of interest, nature & sustainability, healthy eating and music & movement.

Our natural outdoor area is one of a kind as we have uninterrupted views of the beautiful Parramatta reserve creating a peaceful backdrop and the chance to conduct Bush Kindy in the summer. Our outdoor area is large and interactive encouraging muscle development and their motor skills and risk assessment.

The daily routine is specifically designed to ensure each day is unique and carefully mapped to allow for the right balance of structured/free play, incursions/excursions and indoor/outdoor play to ensure we optimize a child’s learning experience.

We operate with full time Early Learning educators & teachers to support the building of relationships with children and families. Our team are knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering the "Big Bear way" which is exceptional, high quality education with a genuine care for children and a passion for children's growth and development.
