Philosophy

We believe that the role of an Early Childhood Educator is to provide child-oriented programs that meet the needs of all children as individuals. Through ongoing observation, developmental knowledge and family input, our programs extend and challenge the children to build resilience and life skills.

At BEL our mission is to provide a secure, nurturing and educational environment with positive experiences for children, families, educators and our community.  We strive to promote social, emotional, cognitive and physical development to suit each child individually as we believe no two children are the same and have the same needs
