Baby attended this childcare between May 2026 till June 2026.<br>Pros:<br>- Center at a good location + good parking space + safe.<br>- Managers reply to emails promptly.<br>- Transparency around fees+ CCS + 42 days of absence etc.<br>- Female- friendly child care centre.<br>- Serve halal food.<br>- Reasonable baby- friendly activities.<br>Cons:<br>- Very poor care in the baby room by educators.<br>- Do not follow parental instructions and educators do as they please. Can't even make baby formula properly despite providing step-by- step instructions on paper with pictures.<br>- Did not inform parents about the Communication Book during orientation or even after until I inquired and then suddenly it appeared.<br>- Did not have a First Baby Food Chart to follow through, I had to purchase and supply it. Again, educators fail to follow basic protocol.<br>- Very poor communication in-between staff of the baby room. Some other baby's item sent was sent in my baby's bag even though it was not even labelled with my daughter's name.<br>- Although staff is female, the entertainer who comes on Wednesday is a male. Should have informed parents.<br><br>Note: This review is Not for the Toddler Room as my baby was not old enough to attend yet. This review is based on the poor experience in the Baby Room.<br><br>Overall an extremely stressful experience for first time parents. Baby would attend one week and fall ill the following week. Dealing with a sick baby and following emails with management + constantly dealing with confused educators was so stressful that we eventually pulled our daughter out within a month.<br><br>After 2 months since leaving childcare, my baby is healthy again in my care. No more sickness. No separation anxiety. No financial strain. No more dealing with baby room educators' "mistakes".
