Avenues Early Learning Centre - Sunnybank Hills

Avenues Early Learning Centre Sunnybank Hills is a Reggio Emilia-inspired centre, offering a nurturing and creative environment for children aged 15 months to 12 years, including After School Care. Our purpose-built centre accommodates up to 75 children per day and features a dedicated Atelier to foster creativity and intellectual development.

We are committed to sustainability and upcycling, which is reflected in our achievement of being a Wastesmart centre through the Brisbane City council. Our efforts to integrate sustainable practices into daily activities teach children the importance of caring for the environment. We proudly have a strong relationship with Tangalooma EcoMarine and FAR) Farm animal rescue) building programs to teach the next generation the importance of Land care, animal care and our water ways. Our diverse team of highly qualified, long-term educators, many of whom are bilingual, provides strong support for children from various cultural backgrounds. This diversity helps create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring a smooth transition for children into our centre. We prioritise the wellbeing of our children by offering nutritious, freshly prepared meals made by our onsite Centre Cook. We also supply nappies to families, making the experience more convenient and enriching for both children and their caregivers. Since 2012, we have proudly maintained an Exceeding rating under the National Quality Standard (NQS), reflecting our dedication to providing high-quality care and education.
