About Avenues Early Learning Centre - Norman Park
Welcome to Avenues Early Learning Centre - Norman Park
Avenues Early Learning Centre, Norman Park is a 9 room centre catering to the individual needs of 157 children between 6 weeks and 5 years. Norman Park is a multi – level purpose built centre that boasts its own music/dance studio and Library with computers for children to access. With spacious playgrounds on each level the children are able to access these areas throughout the day.
With many long term employed Educators within the environments the children have familiar faces to arrive to and families build strong bonds with the team. Catering to each child’s individual allergies, we have an onsite chef who prepares and cooks meals fresh every day. Norman Park is rated Exceeding through the National Quality Standards.
We ensure that children’s development will be encouraged, enhanced, and supported in an environment that has its own unique rich culture that recognises, embraces and values diversity. Our aim is to foster within each child, an awareness and acceptance of others, developing respect for those who may be different from themselves in terms of lifestyle, abilities, and beliefs. We encourage children’s independence and aim to increase their awareness of the community and people around them.

My first child attended Avenues Norman Park, two years ago in the nursery room. As any parent would know, it was so hard with the separation, but Cate the Lead Educator reassured me straight away. I call her the "Baby whisper" she is amazing and so tuned into baby cues as well as being effective and caring. I had no hesitation in rolling my second daughter into the Joeys as well. Staff here at Avenues Norman Park are amazing, they plan well thought educational programs & all children love it! It's so nice knowing that staff have been at the centre for so many years reaching their 10/ 15-year milestones.

Out daughter attended Avenues Norman Park from 6 months old, the educators were amazing throughout her entire learning and growing journey. We only left because we moved and it was a sad day to say goodbye after 2 years. They showed love and care beyond what was ever expected!

I can't say enough good things about Avenues Norman Park. The staff here are absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to get to know my son and it was always clear that they truly cared about his development and interests. The variety of activities they offer is impressive. Whether it’s arts and crafts, Mandarin lessons, or music, there’s always something engaging happening. My son was constantly excited to share what he learned each day, and it was amazing to see how much he blossomed during his time there. Every teacher he had was creative and enthusiastic, always finding new ways to engage the children and connect with their interests.
