Aurrum Kids Ballarat

My son has attended Aurrum Kids since he was 6 months old. His development and support during this time from the staff at Aurrum Kids has been amazing. He is always happy, laughing and playing when we have appeared for pick up times and drop offs are always fairly seamless as he is super comfortable in this environment. The communication is always fast and clear and the use of the Kindermate app allows me to see what my son is doing throughout the day with continuous updates. Would recommend anyone to have a tour of Aurrum Kids and join the family :)

Aurrum Kids is honestly the best child centre! My 3 kids have all attended and the care and love that all the staff show the children is beautiful! They are able to assist with any concerns and go above and beyond to help your child thrive, my kids honestly love going there! 2 of my kids require additional help due to health and they were willing to learn all extra care with no issues and are always great at communicating anything they need too! The centre management are incredible also and make everyone feel so welcome! Could not recommend enough!!

Guys, someone left you a solid 1-star review because, let's be real, their kid is lucky to still be alive. So what's your move? You bring in randoms who wouldn’t be able to point out Ballarat on a map to leave glowing 5-star reviews. Seriously? Not cool. Own up, help out those stressed out parents, and improve your services. And if you're gonna mess with your Google rating, at least try to be less obvious about it. A lot of the older reviews are ridiculously fake also. Adding: hopefully it will be taken seriously, and approached with honesty and integrity, rather than trying to manipulate the public’s perception with these dishonest tactics. Trying to cover their genuine review with fake 5 star reviews only undermines the centre’s credibility.

Being a first time parent and the nervous jitters of starting the daycare journey you take faith and trust in the educators that reassure your children are in safe hands to then to be completely let down is an understatement. To have your barefoot 2-year-old unsupervised and unnoticed to escape through a fire door into a busy carpark, on a large road next to a truck depot & to only be notified over an hour later is disgusting! You should all be ashamed of yourselves! And to not want to inform other daycare parents asap of the incident, on the insistence of us, the parents of the boy is beyond mind boggling! It's a miracle that nothing happened to him. Please be cautious before sending your children here!
