ACCCK has been such an incredible part of our family’s journey — it’s hard to know where to start! From the moment children start, the centre completely transforms how you think about childcare and early learning. This isn’t just a beautiful space — it’s a dream space for kids. There are chickens, guinea pigs, lizards, and a huge outdoor nature play area. The centre backs onto grasslands where rabbits and kangaroos often visit, and there are horses and cows nearby. Children can explore, discover, and connect with nature. But more than the setting, it’s the people who make it truly exceptional. The educators are warm, kind, endlessly patient, and genuinely present. They care deeply for every child and every family, and they bring the same energy and warmth whether they’re with kids or chatting with parents. The respect and celebration of different backgrounds and cultures is woven into everything they do, which makes it a place where children truly learn about community and belonging. The centre nurtures confidence, curiosity, and social skills. Shy or hesitant little ones come out of their shells, grow in confidence, and develop a love of “school” — their personalities and joy blossom in ways that are incredible to witness. The lifestyle and approach here are extraordinary. It’s clear the educators put so much energy into their work, yet they always make time for families, questions, and conversations. They make you feel part of the community, not just a parent dropping off a child. Special mentions: Natashi, the 4-year-old kinder teacher — phenomenal, warm, supportive, and an amazing teacher. Lorena, the 3-year-old kinder teacher — brings the same care, kindness, humour, and encouragement. Leanne, the director, and Sharon, the assistant director — if they ran a country (and they probably could), I would happily live there. Their leadership, warmth, and dedication set the tone for everything at the centre and make it an extraordinary place for children and families alike. If you’re looking for more than a “daycare” — a place that nurtures children, supports families, celebrates diversity, and fosters a genuine love of learning — ACCCK is truly exceptional.
