Worst service I have ever served. The receptionist is racist and arrogant. I have been follow up by a debt company after 1.5 years later when I have removed my kids from the childcare.

Hi Jaritri, We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality early education experience for all families. At Aspire, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and inclusivity. Our team members undergo thorough training, and our hiring process ensures that our educators and staff align with our values of respect, diversity, and integrity. After a thorough internal review, we have not been able to locate any record of a child or family under your name attending our centre. If you believe there has been an error, we encourage you to reach out to us directly, so we can investigate further. We are always open to genuine concerns and strive to improve where necessary. Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten stands firmly against discrimination in any form. Our educators and staff understand the responsibility we hold, not just as professionals, but as role models for the young minds in our care. We take this responsibility seriously and remain committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all families. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further if needed. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. - Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, Clyde North Team

Sending my baby to childcare for the first time was a big decision. As a mother I got mixed feelings in my head but all my worries were quickly eased when I met Sukhi for the first time such a calm personality & Aspire Centre Coordinator as well . I have booked many tours in different childcare . But The warmness & experience I received from this centre is beyond words. I just want to thankyou to all the staff & especially finches educators (Ghazala & Avni) for guiding my li’l one .It’s been only 2 weeks my child is responding more & speaking new words that really melts my heart Everyone in the centre is welcoming & extremely supportive. I highly recommend Aspire Clyde North to all families to send their tiny ones for their new journey ❤️
