10/10 would NOT recommend. I pulled my daughter out due to the massive turnover in staff and the ladies were looking stressed and almost in tears from being overworked with lack of support from head office. My daughter was in absolute hysterics each morning because she never had consistency with the educators. I was in tears every morning on my way to work over the guilt of leaving her in such a state. She was waking multiple times a night screaming from nightmares. Her mental health deteriorated and she turned into an unregulated shell of a child. It all seemed to happen around the time all her original educators resigned and they kept dropping off with no explanation or plan moving forward for our babies. She took a full water bottle daily and it was always empty when I picked her up. I'd Refill it when I got home and she would drink the whole thing from being so thirsty. When i picked her up the kids were out of control, climbing on tables and screaming, not listening to the educators. Im glad as a 3 year old she can communicate what goes on and if something was wrong. She was so unhappy and it sounds like we aren't the only family to be unlucky enough to go through this. It was such a shame considering the first couple of months there were fantastic - i didn't have a bad thing to say about the place.

Warning to parents please read In 2022, while I was pregnant and experiencing the nausea and physical discomfort of my first trimester, I had a deeply distressing experience involving the manager now working at this centre. I personally witnessed her interact with my 2yearold daughter in a way that left me shocked and alarmed. She grabbed my daughter by the ankles and dropped her to the ground in front of me. I was alone, physically vulnerable, and too stunned to respond. There was no camera footage available, and no follow up was offered. From my perspective, the situation was managed with such calm and control that it left me questioning whether similar events may have occurred before. I share this purely as a concerned mother. My trust was broken, and the emotional impact on my daughter was significant. I believe parents and centre management deserve to be aware and vigilant. Every child deserves a safe and respectful environment.
