Reviews for Arden Early Learning Airlie Beach

I am pleased with Arden and their team. I raised a concern regarding the tree stump on our 1st day / 1st stay n play and the manager Jess forwarded it on to department, and it was removed asap and covered with turf ensuring a safer play environment. I felt my concerns were heard and even happier to see they had been actioned so quickly. It gave me confidence in the team and reassured me that any furure concerns will be heard and actioned just as efficiently. Very happy.

We recently moved to the area a few months ago, and after some research we decided to enrol our toddler at Arden. After the first visit/inspection I was so impressed by how incredibly kind everyone was, not to mention how clean the centre is. The outdoor play area for the kids is wonderful with so many different activities they can do. Our little one had a hard time letting us go as we left, and naturally made me a little upset. The staff, Jess & Caitlin in particular went above and beyond for us as parents, and for our toddler. Working with us to find numerous solutions to make the drop off easier. Without even promoting, Caitlin called me throughout the day to give me updates to ease my mind. I didn’t even ask for that, she did that on her own accord and it truly made such an impact on us and I can’t tell you how much it meant to us. As parents, you only hope your child is taken care of when you aren’t there, and the staff at Arden did that for us on their own accord. Jess, who is the centre manager also has gone above and beyond for us from the enrolment stage, all the way through into helping our toddler settle in. The staff truly do their job and more. We could never thank them enough and are so glad we chose Arden. We love the updates on Story park each day whilst our toddler is there and are so comfortable with our choice! Highly recommend Arden and ALL of the staff here 😊

Thank you so much for your heartfelt review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that your family has had such a positive experience since joining the Arden community. It can be a big transition moving to a new area and settling your little one into care, so we’re especially pleased that Jess, Caitlin, and the team were able to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible. Your kind words about their empathy, attentiveness, and above-and-beyond care truly mean a lot to us. We’re so glad you’re enjoying the updates on Storypark and the outdoor learning environment—it’s wonderful to know that your toddler is happy and engaged, and that you feel confident in the care being provided. Thank you again for your generous feedback and recommendation. We feel very privileged to be part of your family’s journey and look forward to continuing to support your child’s growth and development.
