The WORST daycare my son has ever been to!<br><br>The front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming in the beginning but once your child settles in that quickly changes. My partner witnessed our son being mistreated by his educator. She snatched a toy off our son and handed it straight to another child. As soon as she realised my partner was standing there watching she became defensive and said our son had taken the toy from the other child in the first place.<br><br>Even if that was the case, how is responding by snatching it back setting a good example? Wouldn’t that have been the perfect opportunity to teach and guide him on the right way to handle the situation instead? When I tried to raise my concerns with the front desk, I was met with excuses rather than understanding or accountability.<br><br>There had already been a number of concerns leading up to this but this incident was the final straw for our family!
