Management and office Staff (not carers) are rude and not solution driven. Everything that occurs is the parents fault. No assistance with their computer systems, issues with billing or with booking. They have a corner of the market where we need their service and they know it. Their motto should be "the customer is always wrong and deserves to be treated like garbage".
