About Amana Family Day Care Scheme - Brisbane
We are a not-for-profit service and hold the EXCEEDING National Quality Standard rating.
Family Day Care is home based care. The group size is 1 Educator to 4 children (not yet school aged) & if the Educator choses to they can also provide care to 3 school aged children. Including the Educators own children aged under 13 years, they can not have anymore than 7 children in care at any one time. Eligible families can claim the Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) when they use our service.
Our Amana Family Day Care Coordinators conduct regular unannounced visits to the Educators homes, which may include compliance/safety checks & the quality of care and education being provided.
Our Educators provide an Educational program based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). They hold relevant qualification. They also maintain current First aid, CPR, and hold a current Blue Card.
Some Educators provide food or snacks and some may even provide nappies. When you contact us we can provide you specific information about each Educator.
Our Educators are located in Logan & the Southside & Western suburbs.
