Alfred Street Early Education Centre

We had a good experience with the centre until they made a mistake financially and they stopped replying to me. The mistake was made more than 6 months ago and I was not refunded accordingly. We were away for a couple of weeks on holidays and we notified the centre months in advance for them to apply the discounted rate. They still charged me the full amount and ever since January, I have been following up about that. Recently they emailed me with the statements which clearly showed the error. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I have received no reply from them. I have been chasing them and following up but they have been very unresponsive. It is now a matter of principle and it is very disappointing from the management. It is not only unethical but also very unprofessional. Atleast, a message to address their error would have helped and reassurance that the right thing would be done.

We have our son Lucas at this childcare centre and it has been a truly wonderful experience over the past year and a half. The educators are kind, caring and attentive — they always go the extra mile to make sure Lucas is safe, happy and thriving. Even the smallest incidents are communicated clearly with a phone call, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Lucas really loves and trusts his educators. Thyda, Vilma, Mahdieh, Leslie and many others have all provided him with warmth, care, and support, helping him grow into a cheerful and confident little boy. The centre director, Mahran, is incredibly responsible and supportive — always patient and proactive in resolving any issues. We’re so grateful to have found such a nurturing environment for our son. Highly recommend!
