Very disappointed with the centre’s management and poor communication. For nearly eight months, two different directors repeatedly assured us that our younger daughter was on the waiting list, only to suddenly tell us in October 26 that she was never registered for waiting list.<br>Despite numerous visits, phone calls and callbacks never happened, and our concerns remained unanswered. We chose this centre for its Islamic values and educational environment, but our experience has seriously undermined our trust. Islamic values should be reflected in honesty, fairness and respect for parents, not just in the centre’s name. Childcare is more than a business. Parents deserve transparency, professionalism and accountability.
